Anyone know this game?

Alright, in 2004 I played this game with tanks.

You had to buy it, but I had a demo, it was a sort of sidescroller with one tank at each side.
You could choose a weapon and shoot it.
You could also buy weapon packs and stuff.

It was similar to Tank Wars, but had a little bit of better graphics.

Nope.

It was a stand-alone client you could run and play.
You could choose your tank color and the type of landscape.
