Splinter cell conviction low fps

Bought SplinterCell Conviction version 1.04
I got realy low fps on high settings 22-35fps on lowest settings 30-35fps
I can run Prince of persia forgoten sand on 120fps on max settings crysis on 45fps on max no AA.
What could be problem about this game?
i heard that alt+tab fix low fps it does not help for me too.
Any ideas?

Hello there my friend, Your computer specifications far meet that game and your graphics card is an good one, I suggest cleaning your computer and de-fragmenting it if you haven't done either of them, and also look on the games support forum to see if other people are having the same problem, the problem could be with the game, not your system.
