Windows 7: Mass Effect on 6801

I have tried different drivers for Windows 7, including the official WDDM 1.1 drivers, and yet ME seems to always lock the system up.

In comparison, Toca Race Driver: G.R.I.D. works flawlessly....

Has anyone gotten this to work on build 6801 x64?

i had Mass Effect running on 6801......?? & it still works in 6936..??

did you actually install it in C.mode or just run it in C.mode ..??

Quite probably just ran it in C.mode- I'll try it with the new build here in a bit - hopefully *keeps fingers and toes and all sorts of hair crossed*

UPDATE: I cannot get ME to even begin installation on build 7000....
