I just installed my GTA SA on ultimate 64 bit no problems, plays fine and everything, no crashes or video glitches so far.

I will try vice city next, i wonder if the back to the future mod will still work with that, always loved the ability to fly the car and escape wanted stars with time travel if needed haha.

I have a problem. I run Windows 7 Ultimate and can only play GTA SA in compatibility mode for windows 98 ( any other compatibility mode doesn't allow me to use the mouse during game play ). Ok, so far so good, game work's fine. But I downloaded a 100% complete savegame, and it doesn't appear in the game menu under win98 compatibility. If I try another compat. mode the savegame appear, but mouse and some game sounds don't work. If anyone has a solution for this, please reply.

@Blastberga: Download the 1.1 patch. This patch issues the sound problem, among others.

@Cristianob: That's one odd problem. I have GTA San Andreas in my Windows 7 Ultimate, and it works like a charm (with mods). Try the 1.1 patch and be sure the drivers for your mouse up-to-date and functioning well (if you're using an Intel mobo/GPU, the INF should be functioning properly). Better yet, try asking in GTAForums.
