Windows 7: what is a griefer?

Excuse me for being new to this nerd slang but i been playing left4dead 2 and all of the sudden you get these lamo's comming in killing everyone making the whole gaming experience lame then they push forward to call people griefers

I really don't get it since i dont say much stick with playing and not really saying to much to the other players how am i being at fault ?


Latly this has been annoying me to the point i have to change names go back into the game and murder all the jerks that do this I mean are people that childish when gaming?

Anyway i would love to know what a griefer is thanks for all that reply

Hahaha BarMan58 It's so true I fouind that many people who suck at this game always just comes in and kills for no reason

That's a really sad person basicly someone with mental issues none-the-less

I also been kicked by people who ends up dying and im still survivning not my fault they have no skill which i point out once again I will not let these jerks continue

Thats why Im gonna start more single player sessions cause people can't play nice

I had a situation that was somewhat considered griefing as well. Some people would moan and piss in Team Fortress 2 because they would insist on using melee weapons and I would just shoot them when they did this. They got up in arms, moaned and cried and went nuts because I was a series of curse words that I can't repeat here. The way I saw it was very simple and I said it to them but they found the 10000 reasons as to why I was so wrong so I finally gave it up and said to hell with it.

By the way, what I would always say to them was "You brought a knife to a gun fight; that's not my problem." The other phrase I would use is "You have guns yet you chose a knife to fight me knowing full well I have guns; how is that my fault?" Then the whole "but you don't understand, you're not being fair" whining would start.

Latly though i noticed people come in just to take over then quit the game when people leave I honestly wish they was a way to ping the idiots and lock there system

Unfortunatly that can't be done but would be nice though.....

By the way i keep picking up team fortress but failling to buy cause im not to sure how good it is I see alot of people playing it what game is it comparable to ?

my goodness there was a guy griefing so bad i wanted to slap the holly hell out of him the ralphie greifs is insane plus he tryed to pick up a woman off the server
