    Good horror-based games?

I'm currently looking into Scratches, but it's a classic point and click game (I prefer moving around myself). Aside from Penumbra and Amnesia, would anyone suggest a good horror-survival game? I absolutely love games that make you use your wits instead of relying on guns.

I have a perfect game for you, if you haven't played it already.
Call of Cthulhu - Dark Corners of the Earth

It is a great mix of survival horror and a private-detective adventure; very disturbing atmosphere, a very twisted soundtrack, graphics manipulation effects are just insane, and it is a pretty damn good story, too. There are gunfights later on in the game, but I'm sure you'll love it.

I would recommend "Resident Evil 2" and "Resident Evil: Nemesis" they both were released fro Playstation 2 (I think) but there are versions for PC as well, the graphics are old but the games are very cool, try them if you can find them...

I've already seen half of a walkthrough about it, but I've never actually played it. I might as well give it a go!
