    Hi All,

I am experiencing the same issue as Pepar. I'm at my wits end as to try to figure out how to get the Fang Z-Engine to work under Windows 7 64 bit edition RTM. Pepar, what finally worked for you?

    Any help greatly appreciated!
The latest Vista 64 version and as I posted just above yours, I do not have it launch at startup. I click the icon on the launch bar, and then I click it again. Bingo. It appears in my tray and I am good to go.

    Found out the problem

Thanks Pepar. I found my problem now. I had originally installed using the disk that my board came with and apparently when I uninstalled (to install latest for 64 bit), not everything from original was removed. Once I cleaned out anything related to Ideazon, rebooted, reinstalled drivers via WinUpdate and installed Z-Engine, it worked. Good board, bad software.

    Thanks.

Good deal! In all fairness, though, Windows 7 is not available yet.

I was able to fix this problem for myself by disabling the program's skinning. Open the Z engine software, click tools, then skins, and at the bottom tick "Do not use skins". Hope this helps anyone having ths issue.

I'm not sure if I'm the only person having this issue, but I got the software installed and working fine, I edited the configuration on the zboard and created all my personal shortcuts. Then saved it and entered the game, where I realized that I had missed a few. So I went back to the zboard software and added the last 2 keybindings I needed, but I cannot get them to work for the life of me. I've rebooted the computer, reset the custom config as default many times, but the last 2 keybindings I added just will not work. I never had this problem when running the 32 bit RC version. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: Nevermind. The last 2 keybindings were CTRL and ALT, and I noticed that if I pressed it, it registered for a split second. I noticed in Advanced editing, that there was a 60ms delay, where as I needed to be able to hold CTRL or ALT, then hit another button. Once I removed the delay, everything worked fine.
