Windows 7: screwed by Impulse

well i ordered Blacklight: Tango Down, it was only $4 so i said "why not"

well the problem is i forgot to log in (and it never told me to either) and i paid with paypal. now i "own" the game.... in account that does not exist... wow

You mean you bought the game without logging into an account? I'm surprised it let you do that, most sites require you log in before you make purchases.

right? its unimaginable. but my cookie had expired. and i was logged in the whole week until i bought it :|

Contact official support and give them a piece of your mind. It's as easy as that.

Hmmm, when did you contact them? Sometimes these things just take time.
Is there, perhaps, a phone number you could call or something? The best thing would be to troubleshoot this with them. Unfortunately, I doubt someone could find a solution here.

today we back and frothed alot, after about 20 messages ti each-other (they wanted proof i bought it) they gave me the site where you can transfer everything from one account to another.... (you would need access to both e-mails for it to work btw) i dont know why they didn't just give me it in the first place.
