Windows 7: Starcraft II - Won't connect

Why won't Starcraft II connect? I tried using it with the firewall off and it still wouldn't let me connect. I just got it in the mail today I am super mad right now. I also have heard I need to stop the OneCare process - how can I do this? Also here is the traceroute.

Do you have any ports forwarded? Is UPnP on ?

What router do you have?

Are you sure that the game is up to date?

I have a linksys wrtg45 running tomato (latest version). Also I updated the game manually.

it's not the problem with the game if traceroute couldnt connect to battlenet.

Try direct connection to the internet without a router. If that works,
double check your router. make sure your ports are open. make sure all your firewalls are either configured to work with game's ports or disabled completely. make sure UnPnp on router is running if your ports are not configured. check your router's firewall.
