    Ok, first off we can’t help if you don’t supply the most basic of information – systems specs. The importance of this can’t be overstated since game performance is highly dependent on your hardware. Please see this tutorial on filling out system specs as well as my How To Ask For Help guide.

    Ok, I have no idea what the OP is asking. Is he referring to the streaks in the picture(s) above?

    most likely

    those are video artifacts. most common problem with video cards. There are mainly few causes - bad drivers, overheating, improper videocard overclocking or dying videocard/adapter.

    install/update your video drivers. if that doesn't work - dust your computer and see if fans are working. if you overclocked your videocard(if you dont know what that means, skip this step) set clocks to default setting. if you did all of this and you're still having problems then your video card is dying and these artifacts may or may not be permanent.

    Here's a question: are you getting them as soon as you start playing the game or do they appear and/or get worse as you play the game?
