Windows 7: What the heck is this?

I recently found this picture on my phone and it apears It is a picture of something on my monitor. I think it is some kind of game but I'm not sure. Ever since I found this picture on my phone I wondered what this picture really is on my monitor. I showed this picture to people in my class and none of them know so now I'm asking everyone. What is this picture? Is this picture from a game I don't remember playing? What game is it from? Can anyone tell me what this picture really is?

That is what I thought but when I zoomed in it did not quite look like bowser. Any what game would this screenshot be from?

Looks like a snapshot of a video (of a monitor.) Perhaps it's something anime-related, looks kinda Magic-The-Gathering versus Dragonball-Z. I'm no expert, but having spent hundreds on nieces & nephews... I can spot one in a crowd.

The question you might want to think on. How did this picture get on your phone if you didn't put it there. Phone can get viruses, trojans, and other bad things just like computers.

I know it is a picture of my monitor though. If I zoom in and look at the bottom right, I see part of the word, ViewSonic and that is also part of my monitor so I'm 100% sure it is something that was on my monitor.
