    Brothers In Arms sound problems

For some reason when I play Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway the headphone input doesn't work. With everything else the laptop's speakers go mute when a jack is plugged into the headphone input (as is normal) but not with BIA. The laptop's speakers stay on and nothing is heard through the headphones.

I started a thread about this elsewhere too as I assumed it to be a hardware error but as I said above it works fine with everything else so now I'm thinking maybe it's related to this specific game?

    Any thoughts?

Are there any settings for headphones in this game's options?

Have you tried updating your audio drivers? May not do much or even anything but if you haven't... it is another option you didn't have before.

Do the headsets work with just regular music? I mean, have you test the headsets before starting the game?

My friend was having the same issue with the latest CoD Black Ops game, sometimes the Game Audio Option for the headsets would work, other times it wouldn't. It may not be your pc but an internal problem with the game... perhaps there are new patches for the game?

My audio drivers are up to date, the speakers and headphones work for everything else apart from this game and there don't appear to be any patches. Thanks for the suggestions though.

I was going to suggest you seek help with their tech department but then I saw this image from the game and well... don't bother, you'd be wasting your time.
