Sims 2 Freetime Install Problem?

Ok...yea I know it is a VERY old game. Haha. But I tried to install it and at 23 % it says it cannot install objects.package. Iv'e installed freetime on a lot of other windows 7 machines...and this is the first time it's acting up...any help? Im running Windows Home Premium 64 bit. Btw.

You may have to reinstall Sims 2 and try again.

Sims 1 won't install on Windows 7
I recently got back into The Sims 1 but I gotten a new ASUS laptop and it has windows 7 on it. I have no idea what is going on and I am trying really hard to install it but nothing works. :( "Run as administrator" doesn't work or complaibility mode or however you spell it doesn't work. Help?

The Sims 2 Expansions Won't Install
I've installed the sims 2. my OS is windows 7 64 bits. I've done with compability mode and run admin all time. it keeps giving me same error all the time, it keeps telling me i don't have admin rights when i do, i even enabled the admin account and tried there it didn't run.

I tried installing Sims 2 but whenever I load the 2nd disc, it progresses for a while and then it stops and remains at 49% and won't continue any further.
