Need for Speed Hot Pursuit and Gran Turismo 5

I've installed the NFSHP demo on my PS3 and I bought Gran Turismo Prologue a long time ago. Seems like Hot Pursuit is going to be awesome all around and Gran Turismo 5 is going to the most realistic racing game ever made. Are you guys going to buy them and also what you guys think?

I fully intend to buy Gran Turismo 5. In fact, I've been planning to buy a PS3 when GT5 comes out...and thus far I haven't had to purchase it yet. But once that game is out, I'll buy the console.

I have a 360 right now and play many of the racing games on it. Grid, Forza, NFS Shift....but nothing is quite like gran turismo.

Sweet!!! Since your going to buy it after the game is released, make sure sure you get the slim PS3, so it isn't like my fat PS3 lol

I don't think they even sell non-slim PS3's in the stores anymore...do they?

High realism racing games (Gran Turismo, Forza Motorsport, etc)
Do you play any of those? I got Forza Motorsport 4 a while ago used and its awesome. Got a Veyron SS to over 1400 HP, with a 0 to 100 in less than 5 seconds and top speed of over 260 mph. Also, I think it'd be cool to make a SevenForums logo as a decal design in it. So, I might do that for fun....

Gran Turismo alternative for PC?
Gran Turismo was my favorite racing series because of the insane realism and huge selection of cars. I have played GT, GT2, GT3, and GT4. The last two on PS2, and the first two on PS1. I'm rather disappointed that I can't play this epic game on my PC. I remember on the first one, if you get a...

Anyone got the new Need for Speed Hot Pursuit game?
Got it yesterday along with an xbox controller for windows. Fancied a bit of racing action instead of black ops for a change. It has a feature built in where it tells you all your friends times on each event , which is good fun as you can attempt to beat each other , however I have no friends...
