Monitor Problem? Please Help me.

Ok, heres the things i have before i get right to the problem before anyone jumpshifts. I got 2 xbox 360 4gb slim consoles. 1 1080p Full HD computer monitor and a Vizio Full HD 1080p LCD TV. ALL HDMI CONNECTIONS ONLY! The computer monitor usually works great with my xbox 360. Keep in mind that both consoles are 4gb but i will get to the other one soon.
Boths were synced and i played my xbox 360 well. All of a sudden today, my monitor and my xbox 360 wont do anything. Xbox goes on, good. Monitor is on, good (not in standby blue-on orange-standby). So i thought that the cables werent in. Not that either. I connected another (my friend's xbox 360 4gb) xbox 360 slim (same type) to my monitor, and then my monitor picks it up like nothing. No problems whatsoever. OH AND I AM ONLY USING HDMI, not vga or components/composite. I even used my laptop with hdmi output to this monitor and it works fine. So i thought its the xbox. So i connected MY xbox to the vizio and it works fine. I tried the y + rt button to reset and that didnt work for my monitor. I even used factory reset settings or whatever its called and that didnt work either....I cant say its the xbox 360 4gb slim console because it works with the vizio lcd tv via hdmi. And i cant say its the monitor because i used another xbox 360 console to it and it worked normal. Can anyone help me here? I tried almost everything i can possibly can and it still wouldnt budge out. Now here is the extra stuff (idk if that caused it or not) Usually, i let my frnd use my controller so my sis and him can play cod together. And i usually get it back and sync it back with my console with no problem the next day.
But today, (idk if i did it wrong or jammed something) but i cant exactly remember if i pressed the sync button before or during or maybe even after i turned on my xbox 360 console to sync my controller to it. The controllers work fine on both consoles and so does the tv but for some reason today, its a mystery. My xbox 360 4gb slim and my monitor wont just get along today....
HELP PLEASE?!? Just Remember: -my xbox works on the lcd tv with same hdmi cable and another -my friends xbox works on my monitor with no problem (same hdmi cable) -my xbox usually works with my monitor with no problem, thats how i play my xbox 360 -both monitor and lcd are 1080p full hd with same hdmi cable i used and another too.

Maybe i have to reset my hannspree hf237 monitor? If so, how can i physically reset or power reset? Power cycle a monitor? IF this is the wrong topic for this forums, i apologize. I am like desperate x_x
