Windows 7: [Help]FPS Lags in all online games!

Alright, so I'm new here. I always looked at the forums but was to lazy to register.

It comes to my attention, that I lag in every game now. Online games and game that are online on loading screen. It's like fps lag and screen lag together. In counter strike i get 10 fps now before, i got 120. In a game, call gunz. I lag after 10mins or when i first start the game.

There wasn't problems like this 3 months ago. Then I started playing runescape and I started to lag.

Also i tried reinstall direct X and updating my graphic cards. No solution in those.

Did you build the machine yourself, or did you buy it? If it's pre-built, who made it? What model number is it?
