Possible solution on issues with Solitaire and other MS Games

    Hi everyone,

I had some problems with all the MS Games on my Win 7 Ultimate computer.
I tried every possible solution I read on the Internet. So many people had problems similar to mine, but no one had a solution!

Solitaire and other MS Games kept hanging for a while. If I clicked with the mouse pointer outside the Solitaire window and then back in, the hanging stopped for a while.
Pretty annoying!! All other games except MS games runs fine.

I tried the sfc /scannow, graphics, drivers, other users, best performance, and everything else I found. Nothing helped.

Then I figured out maybe I should check if my AVG was interrupting. YEP! It's only the AVG 2011, because my net-book is running AVG 9 and everything is fine there.

    In AVG 2011:
    Tools - Advanced settings.
    Resident Shield: Excluded Items.
    Choose Add Path.
    Browse for C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\

    Done!

I hope this post can be helpful for those who have problems with their MS Games.

And if it's helpful, please spread this all over the Internet!

Good help for those who are holding onto AVG 2011. This is just another addition on the list of why not to use AVG 2011 lol.
