We're going to need a lot more details than that to make any attempt at a solution.

Have you compressed it in two parts in zip/rar format ? Extract the first part, and the second part will will be automatically extracted, and your original game installer/exe file will be recovered. Now run it as admin, and follow the instructions .

All I said are form the assumption that you have compressed a game installer in two parts.

are those 2 .rar files?? if yes, i guess just open the 1st .rar file and it will automatically capture the second one, then just extract it.

    downserv.com eh?

you may have more luck with a solution if you paid for the game.

Your game installer is a 32 bit one whereas your OS is 64 bit . You may try Compatibility Mode .

Most games and applications have 32 bit installers. 16-bit would be the issue, not 32 bit.

I think mickey megabyte hit the nail on the head. Who knows what happened to the game when it was "distributed"? If the game is listed as being Windows 7 compatible, then the OP should stop using warez and go buy the game. No can or should be able to help until that happens.
