General Extraction Error, please help
Hi there, I am new in terms of experience (with computers) but not as young as I was before now.
I currently have an issue with a "pay monthly" game site where the majority of their games won't play as I get a pop up telling me, General Extraction Error ES1.
I have played some of these games on other game sites without any issues so am not convinced when told the problem is mine.
Could some brainiac please tell me what is going on? I would be much obliged and very grateful!
ps please use "old English", I'm no "dumb blonde but am sad to say I am not too savvy!
Oh yeah, have new pc running windows pro 64- 4gb ram -intel i5 760- vga card,
Thanks for having a squizz!
