    Low Fps in Games, Slow Flash Games


    i installed gta 4 i set the qualities to medium and game is really slow it's like a transition of images and i have the same problem in flash games flash videos it's really slow for example in facebook i play chain rxn and balls are going really slow any solution it's really disturbing

    It sounds like something happened to the video drivers.
    I would uninstall the ones you have a download the newest version from Nvidia's website and see if that helps.

    Do the window animations move slowly as well? ie opening explorer windows

    It's an odd situation where the drivers sometimes fail to initialise properly. The only way I've "solved" it is to restart....

    yeah window animations are slow too i have restarted many times but no solution
    and sometimes driver just stops working

    It doesn't happen often for me and when it does; it usually resolves itself after a few restarts. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to happen for you. Has the window animations ever been 'normal', or has it always been slow?

    How many other apps do you have going at startup? Perhaps a particular start-up item is conflicting with the driver initialisation. Maybe try temporarily disabling other start up items to see if it has any impact.

    Apart from Darkxeno's advice of re-installing the drivers, I honestly don't know what else to suggest.

    I see you have an intel mother board have you installed the newest drivers from intel for you mother board?
