Second Sight, man this gaming sux

I downloaded the trial from Trymedia then payed for the full version, however it sometimes crashes when loading, like i play 1 level, then on the second level the game crashes, when it crashes the loading bar stops or the CD that means the cutscene is loading never goes away. Help plz this is getting annoying as I just beat a really hard part of a lvl and it crashed, why does my comp suck so much at gaming?

512 mb RAM, Geforce2 400 graphic card, 64mb VRAM, as I said the game starts off fine then crashes after a while during loading, this only happens on Second Sight though, all other games either dont like Win 7 or run fine
EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT: Turns out i got a defective copy, they mailed me an original install disc, i installed it from there, runs no prob.
