    Random Internet Lag Spikes

    Hello,
Every 5-15 minutes, I get these really annoying 3 lag spikes.
Here's what they look like, I made a video of the lag spikes while I am playing Left 4 Dead 2: YouTube - Random Internet Lag Spikes, Please Help!!! (L4D2 EXAMPLE)
When I lag, the people that I am sharing my internet with, lags at the same time as me. So it is not my computer.

I changed my Thomson modem to another Thomson modem, and it didn't fix it.

    PC Specs:
    Core i7 960 @3.20 ghz
    GTX 460 768 MB
    6 GB Ram
    Windows 7 Enterprise 64 Bit

There are a 3 Computers connected, 2-3 Mobile phones, and an I-Pad.

Can someone please help? It is really annoying!!!
