Hi Overson,

It's still there, but not directly on the main page. Instead, you have to click on Hardware and Sound and then Devices and Printers. Alternatively, click on Devices and Printers in the Start Menu - by default, this is listed below Control Panel on the RHS.

What is a megarace? I assume a steering wheel for Racing games? If so did it come with any software and have you installed it?

Should be listed in devices.Click Start then Control Panel>Devices and Printers (Wheel should be listed) then Right click(the icon) then> properties. Have a look to see if it has installed a program. If it has what you need will/should be in there..Settings etc.
I'm not familar with this wheel you have so don't know what you have installed. I'm just going by what is normally the case.

yes. it is shown in the devices and printers, but the problem is that it is listed as a usb joystick and not a wheel. is that normal? and when i go to the properties there is not a thing there that says settings.

It might do...won't be any settings in properties...should be in what ever software you said installed.
The game "megarace" is a 1994? game.Only one I could find. Couldn't find the wheel online. If the wheel goes back to 1994 then I doubt theres a working driver for it or compatable software for Win 7.
You probably need to find the manufacturers website..maybe theres drivers there and or software.
