Need to Open Ports for BC2

I contacted EA Support because each time I try to connect to EA Servers in Battlefield Bad Company 2, my internet resets and then I can play. This is definitely annoying. Here is the link they gave me My Notification Requests

I'm using Comodo Firewall, plus my Router has a built in Firewall if that helps. Here's an image of what I see.

Turn your router firewall off, and then find the option to DMZ it.

    Should fix your problem.

Here is where I went to open my ports for MW2. It has a list of routers to select from. Once you find your router click on it. Click "skip the advertisement" at the top of this page which will take you to a list of games in alphabetical order. Click on your game. Then follow the step by step instructions and you shoud be good to go.

Check Windows Firewall to see if the game is blocked......

Start, Control Panel, Windows Firewall, in the left panel click Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall, look for the game and put a check mark in the box if not done.

I use Comodo, and this is for Xbox 360. They said to open those ports on my firewall.

My point???? It can't hurt to check those settings. If all is good, you can rule it out

You should not have to bother with opening ports just to play BC over U-verse; it doesn't interfere with the game. However, having 2 firewalls active at once is another story. Much like an anti-virus app, more is not always better.

Comodo has had issues with Windows 7 since launch; consider ditching it and just using the router's firewall. I did, life got better.

If you do have to open ports because you're using a console, then that last screenshot you posted is the right page: now all you have to do is enter the values they gave you and apply the settings.
