    The gaming experience does not vary too much regardless of the difference between rigs. I still haven't come across a game I couldn't play because of the requirements, so to me the point of this thread was missed.

    Other than inviting people to actually put in the info on their rigs, though that should be done in their profiles >_>

    Performance MX mouse
    Alesis M1 Active MK2 speakers, use these when not using the headset.

    Setup before the 23" screen and with my Sennheiser headset,

    I use my main desktop for my gaming. It's in my system specs. It's not intended as a powerhouse gaming box by any means, just a good all around performer from 18-24 months ago.

    See my specs below. I think there is a pic in another thread around here somewhere. Other than that been gaming online since Ghost Recon. I stick to shooters and simulators and sports games.

    My rig is probably geared more for a htpc but since I upgraded to the 5670 it plays - runs what titles I have great. For example;

    CoD4 on the 37"

    3650 @ 1280 x 720 normal settings avg. 35 fps (playable). @ 1920 x 1080 forget about it.
    5670 @ 1920 x 1080 high settings avg. 60 - 85 fps.

    See specs below.............. i guess like 8 years ago my pc kicked ass lol. who needs a dual-core, and ram? not me


    gaming is actually FAR better on windows 7, than XP on the same machine (hugs pc)
