Windows 7: Problem in CSS

Hi everyone!, i have a problem: when i am playing css and i press "Q" to change the gun my guns are bugged because the animation doesnt work, and i dont understund because i played with the bots and my guns doesnt bugged and i have warps or lags, i dont have these problem in XP -.-.

Help me please because i love 7

Ok a few things first can you fill out your system specs in your UserCP.
Do you have all the current drivers for your hardware? (Video,sounds,mobo,networkcard)
Did you install CSS from a CD or Steam?
Do you have a Anitvirus running and is it updated?

Also read threw this other posting on CSS we ran threw a few thing for it there about the lag and video issues.

my pc is this:
amd athlon 3000 2,0 ghz
ram: 1,5 gb
video: ati hd 4670

yes, i have all drivers but i dont installed the motherboard driver because windows detected, so install the driver ?
I installed css from steam and havent got antivirus and the post you give me dont help me xD

and for my lag, windows 7 dont use my bandwicht like windows vista ? in regedit no need to edit anything ?

I don't recommend editing anything in the reg. I would try to install the mobo drivers and see if that helps out.
