Anyone got this problem? I see lots of coloured pixels in the game.. i cant seems to disable it or remove it.. It make the game tougher to play as the graphic canot be seen at all.. Any help will be appreciated.

I used to have such problems when my old computer's video card started to overheat. And my XBOX 360 started to give strange coloured pixels while gaming, both without performance problems.
I suppose you have a notebook, and if so, it can overheat quiet fast, so I recommend a thorough cleaning inside the notebook with high-pressure air.
If this doesn't help, try to rise the notebook with something.
The best solution after the cleaning would be to buy something like this:
It lowers the CPU temperature with at over 25%. I have the same as seen on the picture.

How old is the game?
There is a fix to some game graphics by entering the game code in the Registry compatibility area.
I can't remember where the post is now but it was posted in response to a similar problem in AOE 1 & 2 and involved using Procmon to identify the game code.
I seem to recall the problem centres around old, what is termed '2D' games.
This game doesn't look too old, try to Google it! :)
I think it is overheating problem, try downloading CPU and GPU temperature logging softwares, or at least something that shows the highest temperature since the program's start.
If it is around 80-90°C/176-194°F (the highest temp), than this is the problem.
Laptops are willing to overheat, 120°C/248°F is the limit until damage. But around 100°C/212°F every notebook shuts down to prevent CPU damage. The only problem is that there is no such thing with GPU, as far as I know.
