problem with Call of duty modern warfare 2

hello ..
i have installed COD modern warfare 2 and i've done exactly what the instruction says but this message appear when i double on (iw4sp.exe)
(
Error during initialization:
Couldn't load fileSysCheck.cfg. Make sure Modern Warfare 2 is run from the correct folder.
)

this was also a problem with the original mw game.
I'm guessing you got it from steam or a direct download source.
Sadly you'll have to uninstall it, manually delete the game folder and download it again.
That's the only fix I know of.
If you're working from a disc this is odd behavior for that.
