i think you need this:
Dotfuscator Community Edition 3.0

I know this is of no help to you at all but mines works fine. Did you let it install its direct 9 files when you were installing the game?

For me, it does not work at all in Windows 7 x64. I had to install it in Vista SP2 32bit to make it work.

so that means a lot of games are not working on Windows 7?!

it does work on windows 7, ive proven it myself..

you may just need to install ms visual C++ 2005.. ^^
