    Games Feature NOT Working


    The gaming feature errors out when try to enable on features list.
    bet you cant figure out why

    Oh My! You are seriously going to have to put a little more detail than that....

    Preferably the game your playing, computer specs, and the issues that your coming up with in full detail

    windows 7 pro 64
    games feature (on/off) i.e. freecell
    when trying to turn on the feature in "Programs" it errors out and the + box next to games is gone.

    also since then the windows update has stopped working and fails to update. i think they are related

    I'm thinking the same thing

    Download MalwareBytes and run a Full System Scan

    Also, can you check/uncheck any other features in the "Turn Windows Features on/off" screen?

    Actually, can I ask where you got your version of Windows from? If it's not genuine things would stop working like that.

    its genuine and activated

    and its for certain that the update is not working for whatever reason. Perhaps i need to take this to another thread, that is if they are not related... are they?

    Im pretty sure your issues could be virus related. so some of these are related mate.
