Bear in mind it's not 100% accurate, actually check what it says,

Yes good suggestion I use this too it does get a few things wrong, but overall it's very good.

Even i would suggest Can you run it. It might not be accurate but it still gives an idea if the game is playable or not.

Isn't halo a multiplayer only game. His system specs says no internet... Problem solved.
