| | Error using Windows Features to Enable Games in Windows 7 I recently got a new Windows 7 laptop and migrated my existing system to it. I then noticed the games were not installed. The Games Explorer was there, but the game icons were empty. I went to Programs and Features and attempted to turn all the games on and repeatedly got the error "an error has occurred. not all of the features were successfully changed". I researched other forums and have tried the standard solutions - a clean boot, removing Norton, running SFC, and running the System Update Readiness tool. None of these work. I can turn other features on/off. Do you have any ideas how to fix this other than reinstalling Windows 7? |
