If it has the facial animations seen in L.A. Noire I'll be a happy chap.
Yeah, I haven't got L.A. Noire yet, but I have seen a lot of videos and the graphics look amazing. The face details, the vehicles, the damage system. Please Rockstar, don't mess it up this time. Make it look like L.A. Noire. It's a piece of art.

Was just playing GTA4, and for once the sun was shining over liberty city! With this car, the tire smoke, the sunshine and 'heart of glass' playing on Independence FM, it made me hope that GTA5 will be set in Vice City, as even with just GTA4 style graphics it would look AMAZING, and be a lot more pleasant place to be than LC.

    YES!!!

I'm thinking they might do a Hollywood-esque setting since that is just loads of of GTA 4 related material waiting to be used, like commercials for products that make you more fatter and lazier maybe...?

Looks wise, it will be very similar to GTA IV as it's going to use the same engine. (hopefully tweaked and prettied a little)

I don't want to see it set in another dingy city either, although I don't want it in Vice City either. I'm sick of rehashes. Some new and original content would be nice.

Realistically, as long as it's big and fun to drive around like it is in GTA IV - I'll be happy.

(More realistic car damage would also be awesome. I'd love to see cars have a 'grip' meter that is worn out as you handbrake etc. Popping tires from excessive handbraking would keep me amused for hours.)

Oh gosh, I'd love some more realistic car damage! Just more realism in general! (mostly so I can crash through stopped traffic so I don't end up doing it in real life )

the slight addition of realism in GTA4 for tires was better (pop after ages spinning them, if a tire catches fire when you drive through flames, the tire will pop leaving you with rims and if you shoot a tire, after driving for a while, it will pop), but yeah, some complete realism would be nice, ESPECIALLY with the handling. The GTA4 handling seemed ok for me on the PS3, but for PC it's unbearable. They're all bouncing about on their springs like some 80s cop show

Yeah, I too would like a big map, perhaps a bit bigger than LC? San Andreas size would be great, but probably get dull (well, wh knows, if they sort out vehicle physics, it could be a joy to drive miles and miles)

After somepoint remaking old maps from old games is not good
Making All New Map is mucch more exiting and remaking old map is take same effort as making new map
and i think gta4's map was big enuf for 2 months but it was deff not interactive as i expect it
and im thinking how do they get better graphics for Consoles thats another question because there is no hardware avaible to upgrade i think there will be no differances at consoles (At Least at Xbox)

Expect it to run like a pile of poo(no matter the hardware) and rockstar come out with a sad excuse like....... it's made for hardware that's three generations away.
