    Resolution


    err im having trouble with some game resolutions..

    now with GTA San Andreas, everytime i start the game it starts with 800x600..and when i switch it off to 1024 still not functioning and evrytime i start the game my system will change to Windows basic color..

    any idea how can i change or make custom resoltions??

    ive got a Samsung LCD with resolution of 1360x768

    Do you exit the game properly? I know some games boot into like a safe mode if not properly exited.

    Have you ran this exe in compatibility mode?

    They made it rather tricky in this game:
    #1 you need to scroll with the middle mouse button to get to the other resolutions
    #2 you actually have to press return before you move the mouse curs off of the selection

    Is that what you mean?

    if run compatibilty mode..what setting should i use to?i havnt find any fit suggestions there..

    yah..its not working..even with my NFS most wanted..maybe i should check your link,thanks anyway.. .should i paste it in the game folder?
