try using compatibility mode for vista sp2. that usually sometimes fixes things for me.

Sorry, I can't really see the images (too small), but are you using the x32 or x64 executable? Are you using any cracked .exe's / no-dvd's?
Did you installed with Highest Privileges? you know, Administrator Rights?
Do you have the Latest audio, video & monitor drivers?
Are you playing it on DX9 or 10?
warhead dx10 working fine for me 16385 x64
maybe try reinstalling as admin?
