Actually the Pentium D is a dual core. Pick one,
Intel® Pentium® Desktop Processor Family
The Celeron D on the other hand is a single core,
Intel® Celeron® D Processor Family
That makes one strike against the game running for you according to the minimum requirements,
Call of Duty: Black Ops System Requirements
and as I said that G210 you have is barely any better than Intel onboard video. Hate to say it but even if you manage to get the game to run it will be at all low (or off if available) settings, and even then it is doubtful whether it would play much better than a slideshow.
