I just dont understand why i have 25-30 ms in this damn game.... never
had the problem befor with my old card on xp. Witch Was a Geforce 7600 gs Any Help On how to fix this?

I think you mean fps, ms refers to time. How do you know you are getting 25-30ms? You might be mistaking your latency with your frames per second.
