    Here's what you need for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare;

    System requirements

    • CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 2.4 GHz or AMD(R) Athlon(TM) 64 2800+ processor or any 1.8Ghz Dual Core Processor or better supported
    • RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista)
    • Hard drive: 8GB of free hard drive space
    • Video card (generic): NVIDIA(R) Geforce(TM) 6600 or better or ATI(R) Radeon(R) 9800Pro or better
    You might be able to play. Everything's fine except the video card... and that's the most important part. I know from experience that the Intel G41 Chipset lags a lot on not only high-end games, but 3D games in general.

    If you've already bought it, give it a shot. If not, I recommend against purchasing it unless you buy a new graphics card. I can help you finding a good, cheap one if you'd like.

    Hope that helps,
    Jaidyn

    Without a graphics card you might be able to get it to run, but you won't like what you see.

    You might as well pay it on console seeing as its a console shooter through and through.

    While it is a console shooter, personally I am better at shooters on pc than on a console. Some people are better aim with a mouse and keyboard than with two joysticks and buttons.
    It all comes down to personal preference.

    I agree. Shooters in my opinion, are my easier and fun to play on PC. The joystick on a game controller is just.... odd.
