    Ipx Problem


    Nw i need to install Ipx in da protcol ......coz some games i wanna play it Network and these games doesnt work in network without ipx wht i can do ...

    IPX hasn't been supported since XP.

    If you are running 32-bit you can try this hack: Starbase01.com | IT (PC related) | IPX/SPX in Vista

    But otherwise you'll need to wait and see if Novell adds support. Highly doubt it though.

    Btw, what games are you trying to play? Many of the popular IPX games have released UDP patches to circumvent lack of IPX support.

    Red Alert for sure has a patch: Understorm: Command & Conquer 95 and Red Alert 1 LAN Patch

    And I believe I read that Yuri's Revenge does too.

    Do you run through all the steps in the article I linked? The core steps are the LAN patch and the Westwood Chat.
