Hello enipremti20, welcome to the forums.

Ok, first off - please fill in your system specs here - http://www.sevenforums.com/profile.php?do=extra

Secondly - Have you updated all of your drivers inclucing Graphics.

Thridly - Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode - preferably 'xp service pack 3'

LEt us know how you got on.

FIFA 2002 is not compatible with Windows 7, you need at least FIFA 2008.
