looking for a good low priced graphics card

I'm just looking for a graphics card that can run team fortress 2 at high graphics and arma 2 at at least 85% on normal graphics.
    my computer specs are

    Model: EL 1850
    with 2.00 GB RAM
    Processor:Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 450 @ 2.20GHz 2.19GHz

This is currently the best low profile card available,

    Newegg.com - Palit NE5S4500F0601 GeForce GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

but I somehow doubt that the power supply in that Emachine is up to running it. Emachine doesn't list what it is,

eMachines Official Site - Desktop - EL1850-01e Product Details

but I have a feeling it is something like a 250-300W power supply, except that card requires a decent 400W power supply minimum, and they are far and few between in a size that would fit that case.

Would also help to know how much you're willing to spend on a card. There are other lower spec'ed and lower power requirement cards available.

P.S. Even if you could get that GTS 450 to run, what you're looking to get out of it may not even be possible due to the single core Celeron,

    Intel® Celeron® M Processor 450 (1M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 533 MHz FSB)with SPEC Code(s)SL9KX

    it has for a CPU.

For 900 bucks you can build or buy a pretty solid machine, more than capable of running Team Fortress 2 and have some room to upgrade.

Are you looking to build or to buy one already built?

That's a shame, you'd be better off building one yourself.

Normally good and cheap don't necessarily go together very well
