Windows 7: system restore game running problems

I am in need of some help. I am a major gamer and am always tinkering with settings with the thought of how to reverse what I do just in case something doesn't go right.

Right now I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Here is my problem:



I wanted to create a Minecraft server on this computer but in order to do that I had to change the path in the Environment Variables. Well after some tests, i was unable to get it running and did a system restore to revert my settings back to where they were (I did not copy the path before changing it so i understand that mistake) Anyway, after the system restore i was unable to play any of my games. I open them but nothing comes up yet it says its running in the processes area of Task manager. Is there anyway to fix it?

Its only the games: League of Legends, F.E.A.R.3, Diablo 2, Starcraft 2.
(that just brushes the games i have)
