    Annoying Game Lag


    My problem started when my computer got reformatted. I don't know what happen but I used the same Operating System last time as I use now but the game is very lag. Unlike when my computer had not been reformatted, the video quality of the online game is good. I'm pretty sure it's not because of my internet connection.

    Anyway, I'm not the one who installed the OS, it's the manufacturer and am not good in computer either. I suspected that the driver for videocard forgot to installed. How can I see what video card installed in my computer (I believe mine is just a built-in video card)? How do I know if my video card is fine?

    Please help. I don't know how to install Operating System and has only limited knowledge about computer.

    Use Speccy Speccy - System Information - Free Download it will tell you what videocard you have. Once you find out what you have tell me and I'll point you to the right drivers. Stupid OEM's...

    Thanks man... but now I figured out maybe my computer does not have video card at all...

    Please see my screenshots.... I dunno how and where to see those things...

    What games were you playing before re-install? Also, are you on a desktop or laptop? Because your resolution (1366 x 768) is normally for laptops...

    It's an online game called KOS Secret Operation (Philippines), same as KOS global for global users. I'm on desktop with 19" LED monitor.
