LAN Leach controll???

Does anyone know of an application where i can limit the speed that people leach off my computer at a LAN?

you'll need a router that has real active bandwidth management. So can you post the kind of router you have?

Well were not on the internet at all and im using a planet switch to connect all the computers with network cables. Its a 5/8-Port fast ethernet switch. Im just sick of people leaching me dry while im trying to play Modern warfare. Is there a way just to drop the file coppying speed with a program on my computer without slowing down the whole network?

sorry I'm not good with these types of things but I don't know if you can or not but set up a security lock of some sort............again sorry I don't really know if you can or not
