Are you running the benchmark on the same system? if so did you install the games all in the same drive?

I will be running some benchmarks on Windows 7 and Windows XP to give users an idea of how gaming will perform on one OS to the other. All games will be ran using DirectX9 on both and using 180.48 drivers. I will also be running each game through 3 runs on both 0xAA,0xAF and 4xAA,8xAF as most Benchmarks are ran.

    Test System:
    Motherboard: EVGA 750i SLI FTW
    CPU: Intel E7300 2.66GHz
    Memory: OCZ Platinum 2x1GB DDR2-1066
    Video Card: EVGA 9800GT 512MB
Main HDD: Seagate 7200.10 250GB SATA
    Monitor: Samsung 932BW (1440x900@75Hz)
    I'd say yes....

I installed XP, did the benchmarks, formatted the drive, installed Win7, and then did the benchmarks.

I also thought I should state that I did use 181.20 for some benchmarks in Windows 7 but it yielded no differ in results for my 9800GT. It may still however increase for the 200 series but I can't say for sure.

I think it would be also interesting if someone with an ATI card (and current drivers) could do something similar. Interesting results though, to say the least.
