Try this and hopefully you'll be good to go:

Quote:
2753 Error is displayed during installation

ISSUE:
Error 2753 occurs and installation does not complete.
CAUSE:
Installer sees duplicate files in a Temp folder on the computer for previous files that have the same name as files included with the game and cannot successfully install or uninstall the game.

RESOLUTION:
Please take the following steps:
1) Open your Start Menu.
2) If you are using Windows XP, select 'Run,' and type in %TEMP% then hit Enter. If you are using Windows Vista/7, click in the Search bar above the Start button and type %TEMP% then hit Enter.
3) Select all files in the Temp folder and delete them. If any files will not delete, just choose 'Skip' or 'Okay.'
4) Reboot your computer.
Once the computer has rebooted, repeat the steps above and you should be able to delete more files from this folder. Go ahead and install your game.
