Some games stop working after one/two uses

Hi, basically, i can open game fine for the first time and maybe even a second time, but after that the game crashes when trying to open it again and the infamous "program has stopped working" message comes up.
What is wierd though is that if i make a copy of the files before i ran it (game folder for example) and after it stops working recopy them back the game can run again like before (only once or twice)
I have tried multiple searches /fixes online.
I am unable to system restore to a previous point where it worked fine.
I have tried uninstalling programs that may have been the cause to no avail.
Also, it happens to most games but for some reason has not affected my APB Reloaded game folder, which i can open and run flawlessly.
Many other games both in my C drive and my D drive dont seem to run properly.
For now i just copy and paste the game folder to make it run able again but it is tiresome for files over 5gb etc.

    My system:
    ASUS N53JF Laptop
    Intel i5 2.53ghz
    Nvidia GT 425m
    Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

    Things that i have tried:
sfc / scannow on elevated cmd prompt
    Full anitvirus scan (COMODO)
    Full malware scan (Malwarebites)
Clean boot (No startup stuff except microsoft)
Uninstalling and reinstalling in several locations

Try running the game without using the launcher! Browse in windows explorer to the install location and find the .exe that launches the game, if this repeatedly runs succesfully then replace the shortcut path to this new .exe.

If the game is an online game (i'm not familiar with it) then bypassing the launcher will mean you miss updates and it may become impossible for you to connect. If this happens try running the copy of the launcher so it updates and then change back to the game .exe again.

    Good Luck!

Haha thing is the launcher opens 3 programs at once (stupid i know) and i cant manually open the game program because it says to use the launcher when i try -.-

It is an online game, and its really annoying as its just on my laptop whilst my brothers computer is completely fine, even my 3 year old desktop works fine -.-
    Thanks for the try anyway.

    UPDATE:

Clean boot works! Before i tried running the program that previously had "program has stopped working" message but when i tried a copy from fresh, it ran multiple times without fail, so now i am in the process of eliminating services / startup programs.
I will mark as solved if i do solve lol
    Any help is still welcome

Turns out it was my antivirus - it would recognise it as a threat after it had opened and therefore did not allow it to be reopened - the copies being the same as well.
Surprised the antivirus didnt detect any viruses or warn me even though i put it under safe files, anyway, thanks for the effort
