Windows 7 - Scroll on games won't work

Hello everybody,

On several games "Dead Space" "Age of Empires" "Hard to be a god" The scroll doesn't work properly. I scroll down and it immediately scrolls back up making it impossible to look at things properly. If you don't know what I mean "because my descriptions are rubbish " It's like you want to buy something of a merchant so you look at his items, scroll down to look at the rest, then before you can even recognise what it is, it scrolls back up. Or when looking at instructions and hot keys the scroll doesn't work either.

On internet pages it works fine. When googling I was told to switch my mouse "I'm on a laptop" so I borrowed my brothers mouse and have the same problem.

Any help please...?
