Windows 7: Call Of Duty 4 Patch 1.6+,FIFA09 + Windows 7 x86 RTM

Hello.I have problems with these two games.
COD 4 : When I install the game and Patch 1.4 and Patch 1.5,the game runs greate,but when I install patch 1.6 and patch 1.7,the game cannot start.It says : Missing mss32.dll.So I think Windows 7 dont have that dll.When I type in Google mss32.dll,from the first link you can download the dll.So I downloaded the dll,but another error and the game cannot start.How I can fix that?

FIFA09 : Install and cannot run.That is all.Just block after the Language choose.Ideas?

I saw the big Call Of Duty 4 thread,but I have problems with 2 games.

Did you install directX? I have COD4 installed and I have had it on every build so far and I have never had any problems starting it and never had any missing dll's

I have the latest DirectX 9,because I installed H.A.W.X and when you install H.A.W.X,it want's the latest DirectX from Microsoft.I think I fixed my problem,with download this dll and installing it with the command regsvr32 "name.dll" and before the game install,I copy the dll in the game folder.Now I have problems with installing 1.7 patch,because the patch is not unistalled.With 1.6 before give that error,but now its fine.

Edit : Problem With Call Of Duty 4 - Solved.The Problem with FIFA09 remains.

Today I installed again Windows 7 and the same problem with the FIFA09.

I am having the same problem since the last update from windows????
