Windows 7: ANOTHER Oblivion problem.

Hello all.



My first problem was with the grass as the map while I play on TES4: Oblivion, which I fixed earlier. Now there's ANOTHER problem!

Every time I start up the game, it shows itself as the FIRST version, I patch it up and it says that it's completely patched, but when I check again, it isn't patched. Now here's the problem, the map when I load it up just freezes the game, I have to force shut down my computer since it is completely frozen.

Please help!
